Investor's Club

Become a member of the BPA Investors Club for quarterly meetings about the progress of Phase I development, general social meet and greet between investors, builders, brokers and CEOs in the Richmond Area, and presentations by BPA CEO, and other members of the club. There is a buffet and presentation/meeting time with hotel amenities available after the meeting including restaurant/bar promoting free buffet and drinks, and conference and spa rooms. Become a member below, and your fees will apply to the first quarterly meeting for BPA Investors Club.

This is a members-only event with a guest list approved by BPA. 

The page tab for BPA Development provides introductory information about Phase I development plan, and pro-forma valuation. Equity splits, amortization, equity-phase shift information, and future Phase planning will be available in paper-form (meeting minutes) on the website and will be fully discussed during the meetings each month.
